Microsoft Cloud Partner Agreement

During the transition period, partners may continue to transact under the Cloud Solution Provider Program for new and/or existing customers under existing Cloud Solution Provider Program offerings. If a Partner continues to collect orders and receive payments from Customers after the expiration of its Cloud Solutions Partner Agreement, the terms of its Agreement (as modified by the Transitional Terms); including the terms of the Cloud Solution Provider Program Guide, continues to govern the rights and obligations of that partner. Orders for new and old customers will no longer be accepted after January 31, 2020 for partners who have not accepted the new Microsoft Partnership Agreement. The enrollment period has already begun and all CSP partners must accept it in order to continue the transaction in the Cloud Solution Provider program. Any changes or modifications are displayed via the Contract Services in the Partner Center user interface, and the Partner sees the delta(s) of the new terms.
